Saturday and Sunday there are ship tours, all of the ships are anchored at the State Pier at 555 Market Street. There is limited accessible parking at the pier, but Sail Portsmouth has advised people with HC tags or placards to try there first, they will try their best to accommodate. The ships visiting at the state pier are not ADA accessible, but there plenty of festivities on the pier that can be enjoyed by everyone. ![]()

Saturday and Sunday, 9:30-5:30, both Portsmouth parking garages (Hanover and Foundry) will be on a shuttle bus loop. There are three shuttles, one is wheelchair accessible. The loop is 10-20 minutes, you may need to wait for an accessible shuttle, but drivers can radio the other busses and may be able to arrange for a faster pick up if you request. Portsmouth’s tall ship, the Gundalow Company, is fabulously accessible for people of all abilities, the staff is great assisting people who use wheelchairs. ![]()
